Guided Fishing Trips

Capt. Morgan is a USCG licensed and insured captain in the state of Texas. He offers guided fishing trips in the Corpus Christi, Laguna Madre, North Padre Island areas, mainly targeting redfish, trout, black drum, and flounder.

Captain Morgan Fishing Guide Service Corpus Christi

Required: Fishing licenses are required for all adults over 18 years of age and can be obtained at TPWD online or Roy’s Bait and Tackle Outfitters, Walmart, and many other locations.

What You Should Bring

  • Food, snacks, and beverages (cans only)
  • Polarized sunglasses
  • Soft soled shoes (no flip flops due to safety reasons)
  • Plastic bags or containers for fish you take home

Aboard Captain Morgan’s Charter

A deposit of $100.00 is required to hold a fishing day selected. Deposit is non-refundable within 15 days of trip. Balance to be paid at departure. We accept all major credit cards!

In case of bad weather, your deposit is fully refundable or you may pick another date. This decision is up to the captain’s discretion.

Fish Cleaning

Capt. Morgan can clean your fish, so you can take it home or to one of our fine restaurants that cook your catch like Scuttlebutt’s Bar & Grill. Fish cleaning is extra and not part of the package. Tip according to pounds caught.
